What you'll be doing :
As a Customer Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining complex medical equipment in laboratories, including those in general practitioner practices and hospitals. Your role involves ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service by promptly addressing any issues that arise. Together with your team, you'll handle troubleshooting services, identifying the root cause of problems, resolving malfunctions, and restoring equipment functionality as quickly as possible, either remotely or on-site. Your keen attention to detail and ability to draw insights from available data will enable you to provide valuable guidance to our clients on equipment usage and maintenance. Following the completion of tasks, you'll compile detailed reports and documentation of the work performed. Effective communication with clients is paramount, and you'll collaborate closely with your team while adhering to strict safety standards to uphold the highest quality of care for patients.
