What You’ll Be Doing

Content Review & Moderation

Monitor and moderate Dutch user-generated content for policy compliance

Evaluate flagged content for accuracy, safety, and violations

Escalate complex issues and maintain thorough documentation

Policy Application & Decision-Making

Apply content policies consistently and fairly

Make decisions that respect both platform rules and cultural context

Help maintain a safe digital space

Collaboration & Support

Meet quality and productivity benchmarks as part of a team

Receive regular coaching and development

Contribute to a respectful, supportive workplace

What We’re Looking For

EU Passport Holder or Portuguese residency card.

Fluency in Dutch (C1 / C2) and B2 level English for internal communication

Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience

Readiness to start on 26 May 2025 (or later)

Flexibility to work rotating shifts (24 / 7 environment)

Prior moderation or support experience is a plus – but not required
