Service Delivery Manager at Blue Wireless
Based on our office in Amsterdam, as a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be the ‘air traffic controller’ ensuring the successful delivery of services across Europe, managing the end-to-end process from order intake to order completion. The role will demand a self-starter, well-organised, proactive colleague, able to keep an overview, while being able to zoom-in on specific orders to ensure these are delivered up to Blue Wireless standards. You will keep an open dialogue with our sales teams, customers, and our engineering teams on-site (both internal and our partners).
