Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The Production Supervisors responsibilities will include, but not limited to :

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Responsible for scheduling control
• Maintain material control and quality control
• Responsible for other duties on assembly line
• Oversee and coach employees / team leaders
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
