As the Product Quality Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring product and process quality from concept through delivery.
You will :
- Craft and execute project-specific Product & Quality Assurance plans, including verification and validation activities.
- Embed ECSS-class standards and other applicable regulations across all development phases.
- Drive risk management – perform FMEA / RCA, track mitigation actions, keep risk registers current.
- Audit internal processes and external suppliers; champion continuous improvement.
- Lead non-conformance investigations, implement and verify corrective actions, and document results.
- Oversee configuration control and complete, timely delivery of quality records, release certificates and project reporting.
- Act as the quality voice in design reviews and supplier / customer meetings, ensuring requirements are crystal-clear and fully met.
What you bring
Engineering Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5 + years in PA / QA for space or other highly regulated hardware.Hands-on experience applying ECSS requirements; ISO 9001 / AS9100 knowledge advantageous.Demonstrated skill in supplier quality assurance, auditing and non-conformance management.Proficiency with risk-analysis tools (FMEA, 8D, RCA, etc.).Strong communicator who enjoys guiding multidisciplinary teams toward first-time-right results.Eligible to work in the EU and fluent in written and spoken English.We offer :
