EMEA Supply Chain Planning & Operations Specialist
As the Supply Chain Planning & Operations Specialist, EMEA, you will be key in a team effort to create a highly efficient operations process in a customer-driven environment, striving for continuous improvement and growth.

What will you do?
- Review and optimize production requirements and intercompany supply chain movements, catering to our 7 production sites and 20 warehouses in the EMEA region.
- Prepare and provide forecast and custom reports to stakeholders for mid-term capacity planning and material planning based on the demand plan.
- Improve planning process and parameters using our systems and develop working practices for production and transfer items.
- Analyze and implement stocking policies and implement continuous improvements of inventory levels.
- Implement improvements in production / warehouse processes between affiliates allowing maximum operational flexibility according to customer service, quality, EHS and cost targets.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with the site production scheduling teams + production sites for performance, capacity and improvements.
- Review master data and suggest improvements for assigned portfolio.
- Keep track on performance levels regarding customer service, stock levels, costs and lead times to end customer and referring KPI’s.
- Participating in ongoing improvement projects.
What are we looking for?
Experience : The ideal candidate will provide solid experience in a similar inventory and planning role within a multisite manufacturing environment.
We value experience in automation of supply chain processes. Any additional training necessary will be provided.
- Languages : English professional level spoken and written is a must.
- Soft skills : Strong analytical skills, Customer focus, Team-player, Strong Communication skills, Flexibility, Proactivity and High Safety conscious.
