What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Support

Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email

Provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service

Problem-Solving & Documentation

Identify common customer concerns and help improve internal processes

Accurately log customer interactions and resolutions in the system

Team Collaboration

Work closely with your team to hit quality and productivity targets

Participate in regular coaching and training sessions

Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

What We’re Looking For

EU Passport holder or Portuguese residency card

Fluency in Dutch (C1 / C2)

B2 level English for internal communication

Willingness to relocate and work on-site

Availability to start on 26 May 2025 (other dates also available)

Prior customer service experience is a plus not a must!
