As Project & Account Manager, you will work on multiple projects to directly increase the company’s impact. Their B2B clients rely on your advice and project management skills to provide their own stakeholders and property portfolios with new insights on sustainability.
You have the opportunity to direct your serious ambition towards the places where you can have the most impact. Analyze large real estate portfolios with your team, advise banks, investors and their associates on content, and get people going with training sessions, demos and events.

Your responsibilities include :
- Carrying responsibility for the largest international projects;
- Making plans and executing them with the team for numerous clients;
- Involving and connecting the right people to achieve the project goals;
- Advising management boards in the financial and real estate sectors on sustainability;
Contributing to the development of new propositions.
You are a driven, entrepreneurial and ambitious go-getter
The importance of sustainability is a no-brainer for you
You are communicative and professional
3+ years of experience in consultancy / business development / project management in sustainability, energy, finance, software and / or real estate
Knowledge of and experience with sustainability in buildings is an advantage, but not a prerequisite;
Excellent command of both Dutch and English
Able to travel to Naarden several times a week (work is flexible, but working together in person is valued!)
