We are looking for a Medior Technical Application Management Engineer for our client in Eindhoven / Heerlen.

Location : Eindhoven, Heerlen & from Home

Start date : 1st of January 2024 or sooner

Period : 3 months (with the option to extend)

Contract hours : fulltime

Project description

Our client manages the IT environment for one of its customers. Within this role you are responsible for keeping a stable application environment. This includes proactively improving the monitoring and automation to improve stability. Execute changes that are required on the applications and troubleshoot incidents.

Activities

• Application monitoring and supervise the management of the technical environment.
• Provide customer with technical support as needed and relay information to application vendors for ongoing maintenance and update needs.
• Translate functional needs into technical solutions.
• Build and deploy those technical solutions.
• Peer review from your colleague’s work.
• Analyse and design changes from issues and version upgrade.
• Assist in remaining efforts.
• The consultant reports to the project manager and works in close harmony with the project team and several teams of the customer.

The candidate has a hands-on mindset, a strong problem-solving orientation, shows fast results, and has demonstrated effective communication skills. To achieve the project goals, the candidate needs to have a clear focus on results and sticking to programming / IT quality standards.
