Key Responsibilities :

As Manager – Technical Site Services you will play a pivotal role in our Site Operating Team, directly reporting to the Operations Manager.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Maintenance Excellence : Enhance the corrective and preventive maintenance processes to ensure maximum technical availability of our production plants.
• Project Leadership : Independently manage site projects, act as a liaison for plant changes, and oversee small multidisciplinary changes.
• Contractor Management : Supervise and manage contractors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective project execution.
• Change Process Management : Lead and monitor the Management of Change (MoC) processes.
• Utility & Facility Oversight : Handle utility management, technical procurement, facility services, and act as the IT site contact person.
• Team Leadership : Manage the maintenance department and collaborate across various disciplines within the site.
