Your mission
As a Sales Analyst Intern at Cleeng, you'll directly support our Chief Revenue Officer in driving data-informed sales strategies.
Your mission is to leverage analytical skills and technological aptitude to empower our sales team with insights, AI-powered tools, and comprehensive reporting that contributes to Cleeng's continued growth in the subscription management space
Requirements
- Data-Driven Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical skills with ability to transform data into actionable insights; experience with data analysis tools and methodologies
- AI Competencies : Interest and aptitude for working with AI tools (Perplexity, Make.com, Clay, ChatGPT are a plus)
- Technology Understanding : Familiarity with technology concepts including APIs, data integration, and CRM platforms
- Personal Attributes : Curiosity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and proactive attitude
- Educational Background : Pursuing a degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science or related field
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools

- Help administer our Salesforce platform and assist with data management and user initiatives
- Perform updates and implement solutions where technology and process can solve business problems
- Ensure data integrity and consistent CRM practices across the sales organization
2. Empower the Sales Team through AI Tools
- Research, implement, and optimize AI tools such as Perplexity, Make.com, and Clay to enhance sales productivity
- Create documentation and provide training to team members on effective AI tool utilization
- Identify opportunities where AI can streamline processes and improve sales efficiency
3. Generate Critical Reporting for the CRO
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports providing actionable insights
- Create visualizations and dashboards that clearly communicate performance metrics
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making
- Transform complex data into strategic recommendations for the sales team
