• Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Guide customers through processes and educate them on service offerings.
• Accurately document customer interactions to enable service quality and improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
