Senior SAP PP Consultant
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant with over 12 years of proven expertise in production planning and manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business requirements supporting users participating in change control processes and contributing to SAP S / 4HANA transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand and analyze the organization s business requirements in the production planning and manufacturing domain.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve daytoday issues and queries related to SAP PP.
Participate actively in the Application Change Control Board (ACCB) to review approve or disapprove change requests.
Provide expert guidance and support in SAP S / 4HANA transformation planning and execution.
Configure and customize SAP PP modules to meet business needs.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including MM SD WM and QM to ensure integrated process execution.
Prepare functional specifications for enhancements work with development teams and conduct testing.
Deliver enduser training documentation and support during golives and hypercare.
Identify improvement areas and propose scalable longterm solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Information Technology or related field.
12 years of handson experience as an SAP PP Consultant.
Deep understanding of production planning processes including discrete repetitive and process manufacturing.
Solid experience with SAP ECC and exposure to or involvement in S / 4HANA transformation projects.
Familiarity with integration points between PP and other SAP modules.
Experience in change management processes and participation in ACCB forums.
Excellent problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills : Experience with SAP PP-PI, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and HANA analytics. SAP Certification in PP or S / 4HANA Manufacturing is a plus. Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
