About the team
Our Demand Planning team is part of the Supply Chain Organization within Operations, which is focused on delivering the demand plan to the supply planning and production teams. The team is responsible to deliver a 12-month consensus forecast of EVBox products that will be used as input to define production levels (master production plan), components’ purchasing and serve as a baseline to the revenue projection for the company. A key goal of this team is to enhance forecast accuracy and minimize bias, driving improved inventory performance and lower E&O.
About the role
We are looking for a process-oriented, data-savvy and autonomous Senior Demand Planner to join our team, with direct reporting to the Demand Planning Manager. Acting as the vital link between Operations and the Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing forecast accuracy and optimizing Salesforce utilization among our Sales teams. Collaborating closely with the Demand Planning Manager, you will assist in defining and executing initiatives aimed at improving forecasting precision. Your responsibilities will include facilitating Salesforce pipeline review meetings with Sales Directors to ensure adherence to established best practices, as well as timely acquisition of updates on key opportunities to be integrated into the Product Revenue forecast.
