We are seeking a highly skilled Local Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing product portfolio and supplier relationships, and ensuring quality assurance across all processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate sales requests to determine the most suitable production sites or partners for customer needs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and calculations to support accurate customer quotations.
- Lead technical meetings with customers to propose optimal solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Provide necessary documentation for item creation and ensure approval of drawings and the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Conduct customer visits (both physical and digital) to gain insights into applications and develop customized solutions.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes are aligned with customer requirements and internal operations.
