To manage that complexity, we are looking for a highly skilled Project Planner to take full ownership of the planning process across all departments and phases.
Your role : the backbone of precision
As a Planner at SolidNature, you are the beating heart of every project. You are not just building timelines you are aligning entire workflows.
You will :
- Coordinate closely with Project Management to understand when key deliverables are needed.
- Communicate with Technical Designers to assess how long each task will take, when they will start, and what dependencies exist.
- Work with the Production Team to fully understand the production process, lead times, and any limitations or critical paths.
- Align all this information with Installation Planning , ensuring seamless handovers and realistic sequencing.
You bring all of these moving parts together into one integrated and intelligent project plan. You are responsible for keeping this plan up-to-date, flagging risks, identifying delays early, and assessing the impact of every change across the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases (technical design, dry lay, approvals, production, installation).
- Ensure that each planning stage is aligned with the overall project timelines and client deadlines.
- Monitor and manage dependencies, critical paths, and milestones.
- Respond proactively to changes and their downstream consequences.
- Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Support strategic planning efforts by providing data-driven insights and time-based risk assessments.
What you bring to the table
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or production planning within the construction or architectural industry.
- Solid understanding of technical drawing processes, material production, and on-site installation workflows.
- A background in construction or architectural project management (HBO-level or equivalent).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing complex, interdependent tasks.
- Strong communication skills able to coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
