Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety.

They are seeking a Line Manager IT Assurance & Resilience Readiness to join their team in the Netherlands.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required :

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-10 years' Experience in IT assurance, risk management, and resilience planning.
• Location Requirement : Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements :

• Familiarity with compliance standards like ISO 27001.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities :

To lead IT assurance and resilience readiness initiatives, ensuring robust IT operations and compliance with industry standards.

• Lead IT assurance projects and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Develop and implement IT resilience strategies.
• Supervise a team of IT specialists.
• Analyze system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure IT operational excellence.
