Senior Product Owner - Web

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our BUX team based in Amsterdam .

The Web team is building BUX’s new desktop experience for investing, a major strategic step for a company that has historically been mobile-only. The team includes product, frontend, and backend engineering, design, and QA, and collaborates closely with Mobile, Onboarding, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Compliance stakeholders.

We work with a modern, AI-assisted approach, using AI tools for discovery, design exploration, rapid prototyping, decision-making, and workflow acceleration. We value clarity, strong execution, and smart use of AI to amplify what the team can deliver.

What you will do

As the Senior Product Owner for Web, you will define and lead the vision for BUX’s new web platform. You will be responsible for building the foundational user journeys, from onboarding and exploration to portfolio insights and core savings and investing interactions, using AI-assisted workflows wherever they accelerate discovery, design, technical reasoning, or execution.

You will translate the strengths of BUX’s mobile experience into a cohesive web offering while also defining web-native opportunities that improve reach, accessibility, and conversion, including opportunities where AI can enhance personalisation, navigation, automation, or content generation on the web.

In this role, you will :

Define and own the long-term strategy for BUX Web, with initial focus on delivering a best-in-class savings experience, and translate it into a clear, ambitious roadmap

Build foundational end-to-end user journeys for the web, onboarding, discovery, savings flows, portfolio views, and key account interactions

Use user research, data, competitive insights, and AI-accelerated discovery workflows to prioritise and validate product opportunities

Lead your cross-functional team (frontend, backend, design, QA) to deliver high-quality features quickly and iteratively

Partner closely with App, Onboarding, Marketing, Brand, Data, and Compliance to ensure a consistent, compliant, and intelligent multi-platform experience

Identify and validate areas where AI can improve UX, personalisation, content, automation, operational efficiency, or experimentation velocity

What you need to succeed

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner for consumer-facing digital products, ideally with strong exposure to web platforms

Hands-on experience working with frontend and backend engineers and designers across the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration

Proven ability to deliver quickly and iteratively, especially in zero-to-one or foundational product environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills in a fast-paced, international organisation

Comfort using AI tools daily for product acceleration, including insight synthesis, market research, UX exploration, workflow automation, PRD creation, A / B test analysis, and concept prototyping

Nice to have

Experience working with AI design systems, AI agents, or collaborating with teams building AI-powered features
