Technical Program Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead complex, high-impact networking programmes. These programmes often involve multiple technologies, partners, and stakeholders requiring strong coordination, clear structure, and steady, effective leadership.

You won’t need to be hands-on technically, but you will need to stay close enough to the work to understand delivery risks, recognise quality, and drive progress.

What you’ll be doing :

As Programme Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding strategic initiatives from concept through to operational handover.

You’ll work across teams, functions, and countries to deliver results in a live, technically complex environment.

In this role, you will :

• Lead the delivery of large-scale programmes from start to finish.
• Work closely with technical teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Manage programme budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and operational handover is seamless.
• Deliver results in complex projects

About You

We’re seeking someone with strong programme management skills, solid experience delivering large and technically complex projects, and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Proven experience in managing large-scale technical programmes (ideally with budgets above €10 million).
• Strong understanding of network technologies and the delivery of major infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A calm, dependable presence with the ability to navigate complexity and drive progress.
