Overview
Brand Activations Marketeer position at stichd in s-Hertogenbosch, North Brabant, Netherlands. You will deliver in-store campaigns, activations, and occasional physical events, working with the Brand Activations Team, Team Head Brand Activations & PR, the creative team and external suppliers to boost brand visibility and ensure our categories stand out on the shop floor.
In this fast-paced, multi-brand role, you’ll manage multiple categories and seasons while maintaining a clear strategic overview. You’ll be part of the wider Go-to-Market team helping sales teams and customers drive our categories on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Consumer Activation & POS Management – Lead the planning, development, and global rollout of Consumer Activation packages and POS materials in line with brand guidelines and concepts.
- POS Development & Optimization – Drive production improvements, quality enhancements, cost efficiencies, and process optimization for temporary campaign materials. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure sustainable practices. Align temporary campaigns with Shop-in-Shop concepts for a consistent brand story.
- Campaign Support & Analysis – Support the rollout of an enhanced Brand Activations strategy and assist with 360° marketing executions across in-store, online, and offline campaigns, windows, activations, and campaign materials. Contribute to data collection and campaign performance evaluation.
- Budget Oversight – Track and manage the overall Consumer Activation budget.
- Stakeholder Management – Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally (e.g., Stichd brands and regional Marketing Coordinators).
- Project Involvement – Support additional relevant projects and activities as needed.
Qualifications
- HBO or equivalent degree in Marketing/BA; minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field (retail or retail-related business).
- Solid understanding of product presentation and visual merchandising.
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills; excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders and multiple countries.
- Self-starter; hands-on; enthusiastic with an exacting and precise approach.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative.
- Knowledge of the European fashion retail landscape.
