Brand van Egmond is an atelier where a dedicated team of people bring the ideas and designs of the founder William Brand alive. Driven by creativity and internationally oriented, the company crafts lighting for some of the most stunning interiors and unique clients around the world. We are located in a beautiful office in Naarden (Amsterdam region).

We are looking to reinforce our sales team with an International Sales Representative, with the potential to grow into a more strategic role.

The opportunity

As an International Sales Representative (40 hours, in Naarden) you will be a key player in supporting our clients across the globe. You will nurture existing relationships, support the order flow and develop new opportunities with architects, retailers, interior designers and high-end clients. Working closely with our marketing and design teams, you’ll ensure our lighting collections reach the right hands—and the right spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners in the interior design and architectural sectors
  • Conduct prompt follow-up and process sales transactions timely and accurately.
  • Support your colleagues in the field and the agents in the regions for which you are responsible.
  • Administrative processing of orders from your region.
  • Process and maintain information in our ERP / CRM system
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both established and emerging markets
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences—from first contact to delivery

Qualifications

  • Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Dutch, German and other languages are a big plus.
  • A proactive , polished professional with a background in sales (experience and a network in the design, art or luxury sector is a plus).
  • Comfortable working in a small team with big ambitions
  • Knowledge of administration practices, including use of CRM / ERP systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams, coupled with good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Positive Mindset : A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
