Develop and execute business plans for existing customers and strategically selected new accounts to achieve commercial objectives;

Maintain close contact with customers and prospects to understand their needs, processes and challenges and propose appropriate solutions;

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers, such as plant managers, production managers and technical specialists;

Provide technical support to customers, identify and resolve problems, and escalate complex issues within the organization in a timely manner;
