IT Manager / IT Officer in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref. : 534050) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
The appointee will play a key role in providing IT support to the student experiential activities and development projects, and new engineering initiatives such as active learning and AI literacy courses. The appointee will have a primary focus on managing computing facilities, including GPU servers, HPC systems, cloud services, networks, and website maintenance. He / She will also manage a team of technical staff to ensure the smooth operation of the Tam Wing Fan Innovation Wing within the Faculty of Engineering. Responsibilities will include facility procurement, inventory management, and safety management.
