The Role

As our International Sales Manager, you will drive the global expansion of our in-house beauty brands. You’ll be responsible for growing sales, developing strategic partnerships and opening new international markets with the freedom to think big and act fast.

This is a role for someone with determination, persistence and an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who is crazy about sales, beauty, digital innovation and brands and ready to leave a mark on the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global sales strategy for our portfolio of beauty and wellness brands;
  • Identify, negotiate and manage new distribution and retail partnerships worldwide;
  • Expand D2C and subscription sales channels in existing and new markets;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients;
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Digital teams to align sales efforts with brand strategy;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities;
  • Deliver sales targets and develop growth plans for each market.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in international sales (ideally in beauty, FMCG or lifestyle industries);
  • Strong negotiation and partnership development skills;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results;
  • Flair and perfect presentation / communication skills;
  • Passion for beauty, digital and brand-building;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus);
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments;
  • You have international literacy and cross-cultural understanding;
  • “Can do” mentality;
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
