Vacancy : HR Generalist (Non-Management)

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist fluent in Dutch, and with a strong and proven understanding of Dutch labor law . This is essential for success in this role.

This is a hands-on, flexible position suited for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working in a fast-changing environment. Beyond day-to-day HR responsibilities, you will contribute to various projects such as building salary structures, developing performance management processes, and supporting other initiatives as priorities shift.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure full compliance with Dutch labor law in all HR processes and policies
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy in line with legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate HR administration and employee records
  • Advise employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support compensation and benefits processes to stay competitive and compliant
  • Contribute to performance management processes and employee development
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Manage the internship program from development to execution

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable HR professional ready to take ownership across a broad range of HR topics — always with compliance and people focus at the core.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : At least 3–5 years in an HR generalist or HR operations role with a focus on payroll administration and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law, payroll procedures, and HR policy implementation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
