As a Product Manager at Tomorrow University, you will be responsible for developing next generation effective learning at scale and helping us build a global distributed community. Your role is crucial in ensuring that we meet the needs of our diverse student base and innovate beyond industry best practices.
You will contribute to translating the company's strategy into impactful initiatives, driving business results, and maintaining the product roadmap in alignment with strategic goals and the overall product vision.
What you will do :
- Product Strategy : Work with the Founder in maintaining the overall product roadmap aligned with OKRs, customer needs and the product vision.
- Drive User Acquisition, Activation, Retention and Referral : Grow with us the next-generation university making programs more accessible and more engaging. Key focus will be to build Growth Loops into the User Journey.
- Hands-on Product : Lead the product process. Collaborate with the design and engineering team from opportunity, via requirement of clarification to successful implementation ensuring the business goals are met.
- Team Play : Create an outstanding cross functional team. Facilitate teamwork, conversations, and decision-making processes across functions.
- Data Driven : Ensure success, measurability, and visibility of critical KPIs and health metrics. Regularly review and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement in user experience.
- User Centricity : Understand the market and all users. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
- People and Team Development : Educate the team on the product and mentor selected people on the team.
Desired Experience :
Product Management Experience : Minimum of 3 years experience in a product management role for digital products.Growth & Business Understanding : Understand the principles of growth (acquisition, activation, retention, referral) and how they drive business outcomes.Agile Team Experience : Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams of more than 3 years.Impactful Communication : Experience in managing stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.Technology Literacy : Familiarity with modern web application stacks and modern tools.Industry Experience : Work experience in EdTech or the education space is a plus.Remote Work Experience : Experience in a remote-first work environment is a plus.For us, it is also essential that you :
