Senior Accountant

EMEA Recruitment is proud to work with a global agriculture business in its search for a Senior Accountant to manage and take ownership of local finance activities.

This dynamic and rapidly expanding business offers a unique opportunity for an Accounting professional to take on more responsibility and discipline than most accounting functions.

The role will suit a proactive and self-driven candidate with strong social skills and a technical mindset.

The main duties of the Senior Accountant are:

• Overseeing and manage Accounting activities using SAP
• Coordinate audits, support budgeting and forecasting and manage internal controls
• Manage AP, AR and payroll reporting
• Prepare management reports and consolidate financial statements
• Work on process improvement projects in accounting and company integration activities.

The skills required for the Senior Accountant are:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in Accounting
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP
• Fluent English and conversational Dutch
