As an Embedded Software Designer, you develop and test software for high-tech products and machines.
In this role, you support our clients in the semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industries mainly in the Randstad area with smart, sustainable, and reliable software solutions. Your software expertise plays a crucial role in bringing these high-tech solutions to life.

From our office in Delft and at our clients’ sites, you will work on challenging projects that take technology to the next level. You are the expert who designs, develops, and tests, while also enjoying collaboration, connecting with people, and contributing to strong team results.
You will dive deep into real-time embedded software, ranging from bare-metal to embedded Linux, and contribute to secure and robust solutions that millions of people rely on every day.
- Develop bare-metal embedded software in C and C++
- Create automated tests in Python
- Work with real-time OS like FreeRTOS, Zephyr, Embedded Linux
- Design and implement state machines and real-time logic
- Integrate communication protocols such as UART, SPI, CAN, I2C
- Apply Functional Safety standards (IEC 61508, SIL) and MISRA coding guidelines
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams focused on knowledge sharing and technical excellence
