Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all customer incidents, service requests, and queries from start to resolution.
- Prioritising, categorising, and resolving faults promptly.
- Where appropriate, escalate faults to other technical teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a commitment to keeping customers informed to build and maintain relationships of trust with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times to exceed customer expectations.
- The Support Engineering role encompasses many other aspects alongside technical problem solving, including end customer consultancy and success, delivering software upgrades from product release packages, quality management, and internal tooling development.
Experience Required
Bachelor's degree / equivalent in STEM, Computer Science related subject, or applied services.Fluent Dutch and German speaker.Good experience of delivering customer service.Highly technologically adept.Personal commitment to delivering high standards of customer satisfaction.Demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the Netherlands.J-18808-Ljbffr
