Salary : €30.000 - 60.000 per year
Requirements :
- Desktop Support Engineer to be present onsite at Office for 3 Days a week.
- Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Desktop Support Engineer to work on Installation, Configuration, and maintaining desktop operating systems and software applications.
- Desktop Support Engineer shall be performing routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and antivirus scans.
- Desktop Support Engineer shall Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues encountered by end-users in a timely manner at Premise.
- Desktop Support Engineer shall assist with the setup and configuration of new laptop computers, new hires and refresh programs, printers, and other peripheral devices from time to time.
- Desktop Support Engineer will address help desk tickets and service requests within agreed-upon response times.
- Desktop Support Engineer shall Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Desktop Support Engineer will be Providing end-user training and documentation as needed.
- Desktop Support Engineer will Maintain accurate records through the ITSM tool for support activities and asset inventory through regular audits.
