The European School The Hague (ESH) is part of The Rijnlands Lyceum Foundation; and ESH is an accredited European School providing multilingual and multicultural education at Early Years, Primary and Secondary levels.
Currently the entire school has more than 1. students and staff members. The school has two locations in the Hague, an Early Years / Primary school, and a Secondary school.
Job description
The Personal Assistant to the Head of Operations is in charge of providing secretarial support to the head of operations.
- Organising and monitoring the agenda and calendar of the Head of Operations
- Collaborations with the other Personal Assistants within the school
- Helping with archiving of documents within teams
Requirements
Experience in an international and multilingual environmentFluent (C2 level) in the English and Dutch language (spoken and written)Proven senior management secretarial skills and knowledge of internal administrative and procedural regulationsExcellent organisational skills and experience dealing with confidential or sensitive subject matterExcellent IT skills (Office )Proactive and assertive attitudeLiving in the NetherlandsWhat we offer
