Deskside Support Engineer (End user Support engineer) – Fluent in Dutch

Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily ticket / queue management.
- Provide end-user support and act as the first point of contact for error reporting and ticket management.
- Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows workstations and mobility support / management.
- Show practitioner-level knowledge in Office 365 applications.
- Be aware of command languages for remotely installing and managing applications.
- Repair or replace damaged hardware such as laptops, desktops, and iPads.
- Upgrade the entire system to enable compatible software across all computers per client standards.
- Install and upgrade anti-virus software to meet client security standards.
- Establish rapport with departments and colleagues.
- Manage inventory and create forecasts for upcoming months; order hardware based on requirements.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and vendor equipment deliveries at the deskside location.
- Maintain technical documentation and create knowledge base articles as needed.
What do you bring?
1–5 years of experience in EUC, IT support, or IT field support engineering.Strong experience in supporting end-user computing and proficiency with Office applications.Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS and Android).Experience in troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; familiarity with hardware replacement and upgrades.Understanding of network protocols and experience with systems like ServiceNow.Fluent in Dutch and good English communication skills.This position is onsite 5 days per week in the Haarlem office.What we offer
