Technical recruiter / freelancer needed for our client in Hengelo to focus on IT and Engineering recruiting needs

Contract / Freelance Recruiter opportunity

  • 6 months to start, 32-40 hrs with likely to extend to 1 yr.
  • Hengelo office 3 day a week for 1st 4 weeks and then 1 day onsite per week

Responsibilities :

  • Own the sourcing and prescreening for hiring
  • Strategically and creatively source industrial labor
  • Develop relationships with TA to collaborate during the hiring process.
  • Provide top notch candidate experience.
  • Manage the interview scheduling

    • Requirements

  • 5 +years of successful recruiting experience : corporate or agency
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
  • Commitment to excellence and top performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
