What You’ll Do

• Sourcing - You will make an impact sourcing the best candidates on the market and working on talent acquisition strategies together with Employer Branding.
• Candidate Experience - You will be responsible for the candidates’ experience from their first contact with Adyen to the offer management.
• Business Partnering - You will work closely with the hiring teams to understand their needs and proactively guide them throughout the entire Recruitment process, being the Recruiting expert. Collaborate with HRBPs to align on people strategy and coach hiring teams in decision making.
• Data - Proactively share data insights on market, talent pool and process to ensure data informed decisions and setting expectations.
• Global Collaboration - You will be part of a global recruitment team and support with hiring in different regions depending on the needs.
