Role
This position is a hands-on Sales Operations Manager role at the centre of a growing global commercial team. You will ensure Salesforce accuracy, build reports and forecasts, maintain sales processes and manuals, run pipeline and deal review meetings, and track KPIs.
The role also bridges functions by supporting RFPs, aligning with marketing on sales enablement, and keeping the sales team connected and informed, a true "spider in the web."
The focus is primarily on EMEA (around 80%) with exposure to global colleagues. The role requires someone process-driven, strong in Salesforce and Excel, and motivated to bring best practices to a scaling international environment.
