In this role, you have the opportunity to play apivotal role in fostering the growth of an Innovation Engineeringteam as an Electrical Designer, bringing expertise in themechatronics domain.

As an Electrical Designer,you will collaborate within a diverse project team, comprisinghighly skilled technical experts from both the InnovationEngineering team and the customer. Your involvement spans thedesign, implementation, testing, and integration of the electricalcomponents for mechatronics equipment. Addressing criticalelements in sophisticated mechatronic systems, such as advancedmotion control and precise measurements, you will contribute to thedevelopment of the electrical architecture.

Youare entrusted with :

Contributing tothe electrical architecture ofmodules / subassemblies.
Designing anddocumenting electrical modules / subassemblies, including E-cabinetdesign, cabling, interfacing, connectors, and E-cabinetdesign.
Executing these tasks in an environmentadhering to healthcare electrical guidelines such as IEC-60601 andISO 13485.

You are a part of the Mechatronics &Manufacturing Systems department within the Innovation Engineeringteam, dedicated to the specification, design, and realization ofcutting-edge mechatronic solutions. Within this department, yourpossibly future group oversees the electrical and software controlaspects of these products.

The Innovation Engineering team harnessesan extensive array of resources and expertise to assist ourcustomers in swiftly and efficiently bringing their innovations tomarket. Our pragmatic technology experts and consultants draw fromdecades of experience supporting clients across various industries,research sectors, and external organizations. Each day presents newchallenges as we engage in diverse projects.

Functie-eisen

Tosucceed in this role, you should have the following skills andexperience :

A Bachelor degree inelectrical engineering;

2 to 5 years workexperience, preferably some years in a high-techenvironment;

Are a proven teamplayer;

A customer centricattitude;

Are able to make a work break downand a planning for your own work;

You havetechnical experience and knowledge about electrical cabinet designand the electrical interfacing to equipment ormachinery;

Knowledge of electrical componentsfor industrial automation;

Knowledge of motioncontrol solutions (servo technology);

Are ableto make detailed wirings of cabling, field boxes, and electricalcabinets;

Are able to make test specifications,and execute these tests;

Experience with CE,EMC and UL regulations;

Are an experienced userof EPlan.
