Responsibilities :

• Leading a team of production employees and encouraging positive team dynamics,
• Monitoring daily production processes and ensuring efficiency and quality,
• Training and developing team members to improve their skills and performance,
• Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for improvement,
• Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations,
• Reporting to the production manager on progress and any bottlenecks.
