The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be driving Meridia’s external presence and presentation by building and executing integrated marketing campaigns, owning social media and thought leadership programs to drive brand awareness, lead generation and pipeline creation.
You will be based in the Netherlands, and you will work closely with the HQ team. You will report to the Head of Marketing in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager has the following areas of work and responsibilities :
- Own and manage social media channels, driving engagement and audience growth.
- Oversee content creation, working with both in-house talent and freelance contributors to produce blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and other assets.
- Lead event marketing, from planning to execution, and manage post-event follow-up.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver webinars in close alignment with the sales team, ensuring strong attendance and pipeline contribution.
- Ensure all marketing activities reflect the brand voice and align with strategic goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and paid media.
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate impact on revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing supports customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay up to date with SaaS marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in marketing roles, of which 3+ in B2B SaaSPreferably familiarity with the sustainability / ESG sector (Sustainability & Procurement personas).You are a natural storyteller and can write in English at a native-level.Skills to write clearly and shape executive messaging. Ability to create social media content and enable employee advocacy.Hands-on with LinkedIn, knows how the algorithm works, and how to structure content for better reach.Proven social + thought-leadership program execution.Webinar / event production end-to-end; sales alignment for follow-up.Managed freelancers (copy & design) and comfortable with campaign orchestration.Comfortable working with GenAI tools, HubSpot campaigns, Figma / Canva.Benefits
