Wat ga je doen?

As an Entrance Guard, you ensure the safe passage, in and out, at the DHL entrance, half paid hour before and half paid hour after your shift. After the entrance guard shift of 30 minutes, you work in 3 shifts at DHL as a logistics employee. This means that the service varies per week. You work in a day, evening and night shift. As a logistics employee at DHL Zaltbommel, you ensure that the packages end up on the belt, so that they end up in the correct gutter. The packages are sent from Zaltbommel to all CityHubs in the area and ultimately delivered to customers by the delivery staff.

Day shift: 07:00 – 15:00
Evening shift: 15:30 – 23:30
Night shift: 23:30 – 07:30

Your activities include:

• Place packages on the sorting belt.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Remove packages from the sorting belt and place them in a rolling container.
• Ensure safety and according to rules, the access and exit of people through the tourniquets

With us you can work fulltime from Sunday to Friday. The working hours are between 07:00 - 15:30 morning shift 15:30 - 23:30 evening shift and 23:30 - 07:30 night shift with a starting salary of €13.27 gross excl. allowance from 18:00.

DHL Zaltbommel is the largest HUB for the Benelux in the Netherlands. We can process 40,000 parcels per hour, so everyone receives their ordered products on time. We work 27/4 in this warehouse.

• You are physically fit, the packages can be heavy;
• You live near Zaltbommel and have your own transport;
• You speak Dutch and/or English.
