The Position

You will sell and provide customer project and solution lifecycle services such as consulting, project management, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of power solutions at customer sites, ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety standards. The role primarily involves ensuring the continuous operation of AEG PS products and systems.

Location : Netherlands, with up to 80% travel as required.

Main Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, maintain, commission, and repair power supply and related systems, including battery maintenance and swap-over.
• Test and replace defective components to bring systems into operation according to predefined standards.
• Document site visits accurately, including field service reports, expenses, and overtime sheets.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and third parties regarding on-site activities.
• Provide technical training and instructions to customer personnel.
• Use service repair equipment effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor calibration and exchange needs of equipment.
• Implement health and safety measures before entering customer sites.
• Advise customers on system improvements and coordinate follow-up with the sales team.
• Proactively identify and sell additional customer services, such as maintenance contracts or upgrades.
