For an internationally operating organization within high-tech life sciences, we are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Associate. In this role you will contribute to innovative production processes within a highly regulated GMP environment. You will be part of a professional and international team with a strong people focus, where collaboration and quality come first.
What will you do?

• Coordinate shop-floor activities and guide colleagues
• Execute production and batch processes according to SOPs and GMP guidelines
• Document activities and perform quality checks
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team on complex manufacturing operations and processes
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Identify and resolve operational deviations

What do you bring?

• 5–8 years of experience in cell therapy or bioprocessing manufacturing
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
• Strong quality mindset and high level of accuracy
• Team player with good communication skills and flexibility
• Good command of the English language
• You possess a valid working visa for the Netherlands are based within 1 hour travelling from Leiden
