In this cross-divisional role, you will drive the implementation and monitoring of quality and compliance processes, ensuring our products and operations meet international regulatory, safety, and internal quality standards.
You will act as the bridge between departments, suppliers, and external compliance partners making sure every detail, label, and process aligns with EU and international requirements.

In this cross-divisional role, you will drive the implementation and monitoring of quality and compliance processes, ensuring our products and operations meet international regulatory, safety, and internal quality standards.
You will act as the bridge between departments, suppliers, and external compliance partners making sure every detail, label, and process aligns with EU and international requirements.
What You’ll Do
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Design and implement scalable quality and compliance processes aligned with divisional goals
- Lead and manage CAPA processes and internal audits; support external audits and certification
- Document and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and compliance documentation
- Monitor key quality performance indicators and support improvement initiatives
- Coordinate export documentation with authorities (e.g. NVWA)
- Review and maintain supplier documentation for legal and safety compliance
- Oversee product specs, labeling, stickering requirements, and GS1 registrations
- Ensure compliance with EU 1169 / 2011 and EU 648 / 2004 regulations
Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and accessible compliance data and documentation
- Collect and organize compliance documentation from brand owners and suppliers
- Ensure traceability and structure in all documentation workflows
Advisory & Cross-functional Support
- Advise Marketing and Commercial teams on packaging and labeling compliance
- Coordinate with external partners like KTBA, SGS, and Buyersdock
- Support complaint handling with accurate quality documentation
- Lead compliance audits at warehousing, repacking, and translation partners
Training & Communication
- Deliver internal training sessions on quality and compliance best practices
- Keep teams updated on relevant regulatory changes and requirements
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes for scalability and efficiency
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or compliance within a regulated industry
- Proven experience with personal & home care products is a must
- Familiar with European repackaging laws and relevant legislation (EU 1169 / 2011 & 648 / 2004)
- Experienced in GS1 registration and managing certification processes
- Able to assess processes and documentation for compliance with legal standards
- Strong communicator, fluent in English (written and verbal)
