Purpose of the Role :

The Content Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the transformation of Leonardo Hotels Benelux by creating, developing, and distributing compelling content across various platforms and channels. This position is key to shaping the brand identity and storytelling as part of a broader strategic initiative that includes creating new brands, revitalizing existing ones, and launching new websites. The Content Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with the broader marketing team, designers, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop engaging and on-brand content for all touchpoints and channels, including online marketing, email marketing, and both internal and external communications.
• Create persuasive and impactful messages for advertising campaigns, websites, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

Skills :

Proven experience in a content management or content marketing role.

Exceptional command of Dutch and English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit various brand personalities and audiences.

Familiarity with digital marketing trends, SEO principles, and formats such as Always-On Ads, Paid Social content, and newsletters.
