About Onside
At Onside, we have launched the alternative iOS app store in Europe and about to launch in Japan and Brazil. We provide a platform that lets developers publish and monetize their apps outside the Apple App Store with lower fees and more freedom. We are a lean, senior team moving at high speed to redefine the mobile ecosystem.
The Role
We are looking for a Technical Partner Manager to own the partner launch experience. You will manage the onboarding pipeline for game studios, fintechs, and indie app developers, ensuring they move smoothly from Prospect to Live on Store .
You are a business-minded manager who speaks the language of developers. You don't need to write code, but you must be comfortable navigating developer portals, explaining integration steps, and managing timelines. You are the unblocker who ensures our partners have everything they need to launch in the most efficient way.
Responsibilities
- Team up with our sales team : To explain to partners the technical aspects and options of publishing their app in the Onside App Store.
- Manage the Onboarding Pipeline : Act as the dedicated project manager for new partners. Track their progress, follow up on pending actions, and ensure they hit their launch deadlines.
- Guide the Integration : Help developers understand how to integrate with Onside. You won't write the code, but you will point them to the right documentation for our Payment SDK and answer high-level questions about the flow.
- App Store Connect Guidance : Assist partners with navigating App Store Connect. You will help them find where to accept agreements, link Marketplace Tokens, or manage their app builds so they can distribute via Onside.
- Quality Assurance for Store Presence : Review partner assets (icons, banners, descriptions) before publication. You ensure their app looks premium and meets our store standards.
- Triage & Escalate Issues : When a partner reports a technical problem, your job is to gather all necessary context (logs, screenshots, steps to reproduce) and package it into a clear ticket for our engineering team.
- Voice of the Partner : Collect feedback on our process and product. Translate partner needs into clear feature requests for the Product team.
- Maintain Public Guides : Keep our onboarding instructions and FAQs fresh and easy to understand as our platform evolves.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Partner Success, Technical Account Management, or Project Management in a tech company.Tech-Savvy : You are comfortable working with Developer Consoles, API documentation, and task trackers (Linear / Jira). You understand concepts like "SDK," "API Key," and "Build version."App Store Connect Familiarity : It would be great if you are familiar with the Apple App Store Connect interface and can help a developer find the right settings or menus.Structured Communicator : You can explain complex steps simply. You are proactive, you don't wait for partners to get stuck; you guide them ahead of time.Excellent English : Clear, professional written and verbal communication.Problem Solver : You enjoy untangling knots and finding ways to move a project forward.Live in a commutable distance from Amsterdam : You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.Bonus Points
Experience working at mobile app developers, game publishers, or SaaS platforms.Understanding of the (mobile) payments landscape.Conditions
