Join our brand-new, fully equipped site in Eindhoven, home to our modern Experience Centre and dedicated service offices. We are building up our service team and currently looking for two Service Engineers. You will provide calibration, repair, and maintenance of high-accuracy arms and trackers, deliver fault diagnosis and repair, and act as a key point of contact for customers. You will also work within our ERP system to support service processes.

This is an on-site role based in Eindhoven with no travelling required. No shift work.

Job Responsibilities

• Service & Support : Deliver exceptional service and technical support for Hexagon Metrology’s portable hardware products, including calibration, repair, and maintenance of high-accuracy measuring equipment.
• Fault Diagnosis & Repair : Perform fault diagnosis down to the module level and provide detailed diagnostic reports, ensuring minimal downtime and top-tier performance for customers.
• ERP System Management : Maintain and update our ERP system (Servicemax) to track and manage service activities efficiently.
• Customer Communication : Act as a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring timely and effective communication around service progress, timelines, and resolutions.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Follow Hexagon Metrology's health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both you and your colleagues.
