ACCOUNT MANAGER As an Account Manager you will independently perform all tasks related to maintaining and improving the commercial relationship with specialized distributors of professional kitchen equipment.
You report to the Sales Manager Electrolux Professional Benelux.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Stimulate and achieve actual sales through dealers.
- Propose and co-develop new sales channels, actively engage in acquisition, and initiate marketing and account plans.
- Maintain contact with the entire distribution organization, including management, sales department, accounting, and technical service, as well as various internal departments.
- Manage relationships, assist in handling complaints, and follow up on overdue payments within a defined escalation process.
- Provide relevant (financial) reports periodically.
- Conduct telemarketing, relationship management, and acquisition of new clients; support dealers.
- Prepare and develop quotations and send technical information.
- Calculate, design, and elaborate (project) quotations and support after-sales.
- Create design drawings and capacity calculations.
- Deliver company presentations and provide advice on HACCP, occupational safety (Arbo), etc.
- Assist in writing mailings, organizing training sessions, etc.
- Correct own mistakes where possible (in consultation with the direct supervisor if needed).
WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
- Minimum bachelor’s level, commercial vocational training and relevant work experience.
- Category B driving license.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in standard office software (Office, Outlook, CRM…).
- Good technical knowledge; familiarity with HACCP, occupational safety, cleaning technologies, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge of AutoCAD or similar applications.
- Good understanding of legal requirements relevant to the role.
