50,000 – €68,000 annually (all-in package, depending on experience)

Are you passionate about innovation and cutting-edge technology? As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer , you'll have the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art R&D projects across diverse domains, from implantable devices and surgical robots to IoT applications and real-time data visualization.

You’ll take a hands-on role in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions, tackling challenges like memory management and performance optimization to deliver market-ready products. From conceptualization to delivery, your work will impact the future of technology in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and verify subsystems, modules, and components.
Write high-quality, structured, and maintainable code.
Debug and maintain existing software solutions.
Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to refine ideas and approaches.
Participate in standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and design sessions.
Review code and mentor junior engineers.
Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.

About You :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.

At least 6 years of experience in embedded software development on Linux or Windows platforms.

Expertise in (modern) C++ and familiarity with C, Python, or Matlab.

Strong understanding of methodologies like Object-Oriented Design, UML, Design Patterns, Agile, and TDD.

Excellent verbal and written English skills (Dutch is a bonus).
