We’re looking for a proven Partnerships Leader to join a movement, not just a company.

Design Your Future (DYF) is a transformational coaching and education platform using behaviour science, entrepreneurship, and mindfulness to activate potential in youth and adults across diverse sectors. From boardrooms to inner-city schools, our programs unlock change from the inside out. Now, we’re scaling impact—and we need you .

As our Head of Partnerships , you will :

Identify, initiate and close strategic partnerships across government, education, corporate, nonprofit, and grassroots sectors in the Netherlands and potentially beyond.
Lead the design and rollout of a scalable partnership program , drawing from the full suite of DYF products—including coaching curriculums, entrepreneurship programs, and leadership development.
Create multi-actor collaborations that serve mutual missions while building integrated, measurable, and inspiring projects.
Earn profit share on every successful opportunity you bring in.
Establish proof of concept by forming your first strategic collaborations within 90 days.

Our expectations will be that within the first 3months you have :

You’ve landed your first 2–3 aligned partnerships and designed joint program pilots.

You’ve scoped a repeatable, co-branded partnership model and go-to-market strategy.

You’ve mapped and engaged a network of mission-aligned organizations across the Dutch ecosystem.

You’ve demonstrated how DYF programs enhance existing missions (e.g. wellbeing, employability, inclusion, entrepreneurship).

Responsibilities :

Research and map mission-aligned partner orgs across sectors (education, youth services, municipalities, corporates, NGOs).

Design and pitch partnership proposals that create mutual value.

Develop an adaptable partnership playbook to scale the approach nationally.

Work alongside the founder to co-facilitate high-level partner engagements.

Lead partnership delivery, ensuring shared outcomes and holistic integration of DYF content.

Ideal Candidate :

Native Dutch speaker with fluency in English.

Based in the Netherlands with existing networks across sectors.

Proven track record (3–5 years+) of forming and growing partnerships or strategic alliances.

Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in co-creating or scaling educational or wellbeing programs.

Purpose-driven and excited by transformational work that blends personal development, systems thinking, and entrepreneurship.
