Job Summary :
As a Business Development Manager for Dahua Netherlands, you will combine technical channel sales and business development, focusing on installers and distributors nationwide. Dahua’s portfolio includes CCTV systems, alarm products, video intercoms, LED screens, and other smart security solutions. This role calls for a technically skilled sales professional with strong connections in the Dutch security sector and the ability to expand Dahua’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy tailored to the Dutch market.
- Build and manage installer and distributor partnerships across the Netherlands.
- Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and technical training sessions.
- Negotiate agreements with installers, ensuring sustainable and profitable partnerships.
- Provide technical support, demonstrations, and advice on Dahua solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing on Dutch-specific campaigns, trade shows, and lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to strengthen market positioning.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with Dutch strategic partners.
- Provide sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, ICT, or related technical field.Proven experience in technical channel sales within security, surveillance, or ICT.In-depth knowledge of the Dutch security market and channel structures.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
