Technical Sales Support

Your Challenge
This role acts as a bridge between customers, the sales team, and technical cybersecurity solutions. You will support sales with your technical know-how and help customers select the right solutions. No day is the same : you’ll be handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and engaging with vendors.
Key responsibilities :
- Prepare (standard) portfolio quotations & calculations independently.
- Communicate directly with vendors / partners and align on product details.
- Provide technical support to sales in the quotation process, presenting cybersecurity solutions tailored to risks and compliance requirements.
- Think along with customer needs to propose suitable solutions.
- Translate customer questions into clear technical proposals in collaboration with account managers.
- Draft technical documentation and quotations.
- Work closely with technical specialists while also continuing your own development.
- Stay up to date with the latest IT and security trends.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience who has strong potential and motivation to grow further. You are curious, technically skilled, and eager to also explore the commercial side of the business.
You bring :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, or a related field.Preferably 1–2 years of work experience in a technical or technical-commercial role (but motivation and learning ability are just as important).Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and / or security solutions.Strong communication skills (Dutch).A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.Willingness to obtain certifications from leading vendors (provided and paid for by the company).What We Offer
